The Dakine brand was born on the Hawaiian island of Maui. The name "Dakine" means "the best" in Hawaiian, the best concept to express the quality of its backpacks, suitable for sports and school uses but also for hectic everyday life.
Dakine pays close attention to sustainability, especially in materials: the backpacks are built with 100% material made from recycled plastic bottles.
