Payment methods

 

On the CappellettoShop website, you can pay for orders via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Klarna, and Cash on Delivery. If you need an invoice, please provide your details for invoice issuance in the order notes or send an email concurrently with your order. We will be happy to fulfill your request. It will not be possible to issue an invoice more than two days after the order date.

ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS WITH DELAYED DELIVERY OR PRODUCTS SPECIALLY ORDERED FOR THE CUSTOMER.

1. Credit Card

You can pay conveniently and securely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, PostePay. At the time of payment, you may be redirected to your bank's page to process the payment.

For customers already enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

  • On your bank's website, you will be welcomed with your chosen title and asked to confirm the amount with a personal PIN. 
  • After your bank has verified the entered PIN, you will receive payment confirmation for the order placed on CappellettoShop. 

For customers not yet enabled for Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

  • In this case, a single registration with the bank that issued your card will be required for all future purchases. 
  • On your bank's website, you will be asked to identify yourself using the security questions you previously set up. 
  • Finally, you will be asked to set a new PIN and a welcome message for future use. 
  • The next step proceeds in the same way as for customers who are already enabled. 

Your credit card details will be securely transferred via SSL protocol. 

If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card. CappellettoShop is secure! 

2. PayPal

You can choose to pay with this method by selecting the PayPal option; once you reach the third step of the purchase process ("Confirmation"), click on "Confirm and proceed with PayPal" to complete your order. 

  • If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your email and password and confirm the payment. 
  • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit/prepaid card; in this case, simply select the card type, fill in the necessary details, and confirm the payment.
  1. If you are already registered on PayPal, click and log in to your account.
  2. If you are not registered on PayPal, enter the requested data and proceed with creating your account.

The order is processed as soon as the payment is credited to us. If you return the goods, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or to your credit card if you are an unregistered PayPal user).

Please note that if you use PayPal, you have the option to be reimbursed for return shipping costs - incurred by you. Go to the PayPal website to learn more.

3. Bank Transfer

We also accept purchases with payment via bank transfer. Below are our bank details:

Reason for payment: your first and last name, order number, order date.

Payment must be made by the end of the day on which the order is placed. To speed up the process, you can make an immediate bank transfer and send the receipt to info@cappellettoshop.it.
If we do not receive payment confirmation within the required timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled.

Your order will be processed only after we receive notification of the credit from our Bank. 

4. Payment with Klarna

If you buy with Klarna, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. For your Order with Klarna payment to be confirmed, you must complete the Klarna registration process by entering your tax details and credit card information. If you receive an order confirmation from our website but have not completed the payment with Klarna, the order will be automatically canceled.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

The Cash on Delivery payment method is only active for deliveries within Italy. This payment method is not possible for orders exceeding €500.

It is possible to use the Cash on Delivery service at a cost of €10. Please remember that when choosing the payment method, you must select "cash on delivery" again. The shipping cost will therefore be €10 if the purchase exceeds €200.00; otherwise, it will be a total of €8 + €10.

CappellettoShop reserves the right to claim any storage costs from the customer for uncollected Cash on Delivery parcels. No further orders with cash on delivery payment will be accepted from customers who have not collected previous orders paid with this method and which have been returned to the store (non-compliance with sales conditions).
