Terms and Conditions of Sale Cappelletto Shop

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product under the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Your order is subject to product availability in stock. CappellettoShop does not guarantee the availability of the product in your cart. If the product you selected and ordered is not available, you will be immediately notified by our shop about an alternative product or to inform you of the cancellation of the order.
Shipping times may vary based on product availability, and any guarantees or forecasts regarding delivery times are limited to Italy and subject to any delays due to the courier service we use or force majeure events for which we will not be responsible. Please consult the Shipping page for more details on delivery costs.

To conclude a contract with CAPPELLETTO SHOP (Cappelletto srl company), you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank we deem reliable. CAPPELLETTO SHOP reserves the right to refuse an order placed by minors.

When you place an order, you agree to ensure that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. The cost of foreign products and services may be subject to change. All prices stated are subject to such changes.

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order: ACQUIRED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ORDERS FOR PRODUCTS WITH DELAYED DELIVERY OR PRODUCTS SPECIALLY ORDERED FOR THE CUSTOMER.

a. Price and Availability
Although we endeavor to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order after having already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Where applicable, the price includes VAT.

Delivery costs will be charged extra; such additional costs are clearly indicated where applicable and included in the "total cost".

Prices on the website may vary over time (due to promotions and/or sales). The valid price is always the one indicated at the time of purchase. It is not possible to request a refund for the difference between the price at the time of the order and the price at another time for the same product.

b. Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

The confidential data of the payment card (card number, expiry date, CVV code) are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor. The seller therefore never has access to or stores your Credit card data.

c. Payment with Klarna

If you buy with Klarna, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize such transfer.

d. Customs duties for purchases from non-EU countries

By placing an order on CappellettoShop, the user accepts the possibility that products may be subject to customs duties, postal charges, transport and import taxes in the user's country of residence, and that these taxes are beyond Cappelletto's control. Order cancellations are not accepted once they have left our stores.

In particular, we inform you that customs duties for imports into the United Kingdom on shoes can reach up to 40% of the cost of the shoes themselves. By ordering on CappellettoShop, the customer accepts the payment that DHL will request for customs duties required for the delivery of the order to its destination. If the customer refuses to receive their order which has already arrived at customs, CappellettoShop will arrange for the package to be returned to Italy and will deduct from the refund both the return shipping costs and the customs duties for the return of the goods.
Please note that shipping costs to the United Kingdom are €30.

We also inform you that returns in the Venice Island area and neighboring islands will not be free.

e. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 14 days of receiving your order. The right of withdrawal is exercised by written communication sent via email to: info@cappellettoshop.it.

CAPPELLETTO SHOP will refund the amount you spent within and no later than ten working days from the receipt of the return. Shipping costs in case of return are always at your expense. Go here for more information

f. Discount Codes
Account discount codes - Discount codes may be offered to account holders from time to time; such codes can only be applied to purchases made through the account for which a discount code has been offered and registered. It is not transferable to third parties.

g. Promotional discount codes - From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply in relation to all purchases or specific purchases made through this website.

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions carried out by CAPPELLETTO SHOP, contests and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

• Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one can be used per order.
• Some brands may be excluded from certain promotions. Brand exclusions will be indicated with the term "Continuativi" (Ongoing/Continuous).

h. Gift Voucher

We will dispatch your gift voucher as soon as payment is confirmed or on the delivery date you specified (if later). Unfortunately, we cannot assume any responsibility for any delays, regardless of the reason. The gift voucher must be spent within 12 months of issue.

i. Defective Product

Each product is checked before being shipped, and CappellettoShop documents the condition of the product with photos. However, if the product should show any defect upon arrival, the customer must immediately send an email to info@cappellettoshop.it, indicating the alleged defect and attaching any supporting documents (detailed photos of the product, order number, etc.). In case of a recognized defect, CappellettoShop undertakes to collect the product for inspection. Only in the case of a recognized defect, Cappelletto undertakes to replace the defective product or, if this is not possible, to partially or totally refund the purchase price depending on the nature of the defect.

CappellettoShop reserves the right to refuse to follow up on a late complaint (more than five days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer), a complaint relating to normal wear and tear, a defect for which the user is responsible or which derives from the nature of the product. Some products may have irregular parts and/or irregularities that are part of the manufacturing process or correspond to the material used.

l. Resale

Products for sale on CappellettoShop are available for personal sale and not for resale. By placing an order on the site, the User guarantees that they will use the product only for personal use. Furthermore, orders with more than four quantities of the same product will not be accepted.

m. Collection
You can pay for our collection service using the credit/debit card you would normally use to pay for our products, and our terms of sale also apply to this service. Please note that we do not accept gift vouchers or discount codes as partial or full payment for this service.

A reachable address for the courier is required, and a responsible adult must be present for the delivery of the goods. If the courier is unable to collect your goods, the cost of the service will still be charged to you.

In the event that your goods are not collected due to an error by the courier or CAPPELLETTO SHOP, we will refund the cost of the service.

Goods subject to return are all subject to our return policy, and their collection does not imply acceptance of their return.

n. If I bought a shoe and the size is wrong, can I exchange it?

If the size for an exchange is available in stock, Cappellettoshop allows you to make it only once, free of charge. Complete the return procedure.

Or send an email (info@cappellettoshop.it) to notify us of the exchange and include photos of the product, complete with the warranty seal.

NB: Please try on footwear by placing your foot on a clean carpet. Footwear returned to the store with signs of wear and dirt will be sent back to the sender, and Cappelletto company reserves the right to recover transport costs.

Repackage your parcel as received (do not remove the product seal), highlight your name on the parcel and make sure you are at home for the exchange. If GLS does not find anyone upon delivery of the exchange, and you do not have the return ready, the courier will not make the delivery!

Please note, once a size exchange has been made, if the product is still not suitable, the return is at the customer's expense and a voucher equal to the value of the returned product will be issued.

For a size exchange of an order placed from abroad:

If you see that the size you need for the exchange is still available, we recommend that you notify us immediately by email at info@cappellettoshop. Send the pair of shoes that are too large/small to our shop with the courier you prefer (we advise against using Poste Italiane). Once we have received your order, we will send you a link for payment of the shipping for your exchange (€25, this value may change in the case of shipments with multiple items or products for which shipping requires insurance) and we will proceed to ship the correct size. The return is always at the buyer's expense.

o. Refusal of an order

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders originating from:

  • a user with whom the Seller has an ongoing legal dispute
  • a user who has previously violated the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
  • a user who has provided incomplete or inaccurate data, or false identification data.
  • a user who has canceled an order for a continuous product specifically ordered for him/her.
  • a user who has purchased more than one size of a product in whose description it was specified the possibility of purchasing one size per order.
